Justice Kofi Akuffo-Henaku, is a Socio-Economic Development Consultant with 21 years experience in Community and Socio-Economic Development issues. He is well versed in rural development, local governance and decentralization. Justice has a rich experience in project management, financial management, strategic planning, and administration and is familiar with Africa Development Bank, World Bank and donor funded procedures as well as Industrial Relations. He has worked with the Ghana Civil Service, the Ghana Trades Union Congress and the Social Investment Fund.

He has worked on institutional capacity building assignments to train Community Based Organizations (CBOs), NGOs and MMDAs as an SIF Zonal Coordinator in charge of Eastern, Volta and Greater Accra Regions. He now serves as the Business Development Manager in charge of all consultancies and proposal writing in the SIF.

Justice holds an MA in International Relations from Kiev State University (Kiev, Ukraine) a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST, Kumasi), a Certificate in Public Administration from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Diploma in Project Management, Galilee International   Management Institute, Israel.


Kwame Obeng Nti is a Development Planner and Policy Analyst with 17 years experience in Social Development, 12 of which have been in project management capacity. Kwame holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Planning; a Master of Science degree in Development Policy and Planning; and a Bachelor of Arts in degree in Sociology with Social Work. He also has a diploma in Project Management. His research and professional experiences have been in the areas of project and strategic planning, project management, poverty reduction, policy analyses, urban water management and climate change. Kwame has worked with the Social Investment Fund in various capacities since 2002.

Dr. Kofi Asamoa-Baah is the Technical Advisor at the Social Investment Fund (SIF).  Prior to his appointment to the SIF, Dr. Asamoa-Baah served as Technical Advisor at the Ministry of Finance for ten (10) years (December 2007 – January 2017).

At the Ministry, Dr. Baah worked with various technical divisions including the Real Sector Division (RSD), Financial Services Division (FSD), Debt Management Division (DMD), Public Investment Division (PID), and the Budget Division.

At these Divisions, Dr. Baah provided technical advice and policy analysis in support of Ghana’s Economic Growth Programs, and undertook a variety of analytical assignments to support major National Policy Initiatives, working with the National Development Planning Commission (NDPC) and the Bank of Ghana (BoG).

As a Board Member of the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA), Dr. Baah helped implement the US$547 Million, five (5) year Compact Program between the Government of Ghana (GoG), and the United States Government represented by the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) .  He was later re-engaged to provide Technical Advisory Services for the MCC sponsored USD$535 Million grant facility for Compact II, which was dedicated solely in the Energy Sector of the country.

Dr. Baah has consulted for the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Food and Agricultural Organisation (FAO).

Dr. Baah holds a Bachelors BSc (Hons) Degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Ghana Legon, a Masters Degree in Finance from the Atlanta University USA, and a PHD in Development Planning from the University of Phoenix, USA.

Henrietta Efua Larbi is the Head of the Human Resource and Administration Unit of the Social Investment Fund. She is an Administrative Practioner with fifteen years of experience, ten out of the 15 years have been in Progressive Administration, Operations and Maintenance Management and five years in Human Resource Management.

Henrietta brings a wealth of experience to the SIF Team having worked in environs with multi-cultural diversities. She has worked with the Trasaaco Estate Development Corporation, Komatsu Ghana Limited and Development Section of the High Commission of Canada in Ghana.

Henrietta has held varied positions at the SIF prior to being the Head of HR. She holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management Studies from University of Cape-Coast and an HND in Secretaryship and Management Studies from Accra Polytechnic.

Henrietta has attended varied leadership programs and training workshops.

ALOIS K. K. MOHL is a Social Development Expert with over two decades professional practice (1992-2018).

He has expertise in Project Management and Public Administration and worked in the Public Service of Ghana spanning twenty-seven years, twelve of which has been at the Management level.

He has consulted widely with International Agencies/Organisations, Non-governmental Organisation (NGOs) and Professionals across Europe, The United States of America and Ghana in the areas of Child Protection and Welfare, Social Service delivery, NGO capacity building, among others, to strategically structure their activities for growth and job creation.

Earlier in his professional carrier, he served variously as Head of Ghana’s Desk for International Social Services (ISS), Non-Governmental Organisations and Care Reforms Initiative (CRI).

His professional and Managerial teeth have been cut through various training courses, Conferences and Seminars in Ghana, The United Kingdom, Italy, Ethiopia, Israel, The Republic of South Africa and The United States of America.

Alois K. K. MOHL, is an Alumnus of Mountcrest University College, Accra, Central University, Accra, University of Ghana, Legon and School of Social Work, Accra, where he obtained LLB, MBA (Human Resource Management), BA (Political Science, Major with Sociology, Minor) and Certificate in Social Work, respectively.

He is married with children.

Mr. Kofi Frimpong, the former Member of Parliament (MP) for the Kwabre East Constituency (2005-2016) is the Executive Director (ED) of the Social Investment Fund (SIF).  His appointment took effect from Friday, 12th May, 2017.

Mr. Frimpong was Vice Chairman of the Parliamentary Select Committee on Trade, Industry and Tourism (2005 -2016); member of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance (2005 – 2016); and the President of the Association of Western European Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance (2005 – 20016); and the President of the Association of Western European Parliamentarians for Africa, (AWEPA) from 1985 to 2014.

As a member of the Standing Committee on Finance, Hon. Kofi Frimpong has been part of several Government delegations to World Bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF) meetings in Washington DC USA, and elsewhere around the world.

Hon. Kofi Frimpong brings to the Executive Director position, more than twenty-five (25) years of public and private sector experience in the fields of organizational and business development including health care delivery services.

Hon. Kofi Frimpong holds a BA (Hons) Sociology degree from the University of Ghana, Legon.  He has attended several Management and Leadership Courses, both local and international, and has completed the prestigious Stanford Executive Program.
