The procurement of the various categories such as Goods, Works and acquisition of consulting services financed by the Bank will be in accordance with the Bank’s Rules of Procurement for Procurement of Goods and Works, or as appropriate, Rules of Procedure for the Use of Consultants, using the relevant Bank Standard Bidding Documents. Though the Public Procurement Act is comprehensive and covers all procurement of Central Government Agencies, Ministries Departments and Agencies and in the MMDAs, the Bank’s procurement procedures will rule supreme where the two are in conflict.
